Hi my name is Neil Taylor, I was born in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, but grew up in Lowestoft, Suffolk. I currently reside in Portsmouth, Hampshire where I am studying for my degree, Design for Interactive Media BA (Hons). I have just finished my second year of study, and I will be starting a years work placment at the beginning of July. I plan to return to University in October 2008. I chose to take a year out as I have been in education since childhood, and I feel that I need a break and a year in industry is an ideal oppertunity.

Ever since taking a Graphics design course at GCSE level, I have been interested in many aspects of digital design, and chose to specialise in Interactive Media. So far in my degree course I have completed units including typography, project management, sequencing, visual research, internet applications, and basic HTML and Javascript.
